Citizen called in stating that the property is serverly overgrown and has a tree on tne property that is falling over in the alley and into her property and laying on wires. No one has been living in the home for over a year.

When will an Environmental Coordinator be going to the location? When they do they will find that the situation is so bad that they will need an array of tools to even get into the back yard. The tree has steadily fallen into the back yard on the fence and is pulling on several wires from the telephone pole which is across the alley. The back yard is so overgrown it looks like a jungle. Inside the fence is trash, furniture, city Super Cans, and other items. No one lives there and the property owner lives in California according to the city website.
