Description
Large amount of graffiti on back wall of this Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI) parking lot as well as all of the surrounding signage. There is a lot of weeds around the lot as well. The Oakland City trash can has graffiti on it, as well as the front and back of the Oakland city parking sign next to it., located at the corner of 13th St & Alice St.

The weed abatement issue has not been resolved. There is a large amount of overgrown weeds that border this PCI Parking Lot. It is a blight in the area.
