There are way too many open container violators on 21st street. Especially on Sundays. Are there SFPD patrols at all on Sunday? It's definitely time to pick up the pace.
This behavior does not mix well with children and families using the park, especially on the weekends!!!!
Next time include a pic of the violation or it just looks like a recycler went through a garbage can for the bottles and madeca mess. I know the problem is there but the picture is missing a key element....the person drinking.
I thought that the empty cases of beer might signal that drinking had taken place. People often do dump their trash along the park, but I have never noticed someone bringing their empty beer containers to dump. They are the detritus of the alcohol problem that is a daily activity at the park.
Like I said.....I agreed that the problem exists. However this picture shows empty boxes and next time your photo should shoe the act itself.
Does everything have to be so in your face these days?
If the recyclers go through my cans.. which they do..and leave a mess like that in front of my house it does not mean that public drinking occurred.
If the recyclers go through my cans ... which the do
