Closed Department of Transportation, Traffic and Parking
There are two bike racks installed by the dept., located on Chapel St, close to one of the entrances to Elm City Market and two bike racks in the alley that leads to Pitkin Plaza - another entrance to the market, that were installed by the Elm City Market Co-op.
