Thank you for grinding the small parts of sidewalk. However, the larger issue (photo attached) requires more extensive work including cutting away some of the tree roots. The bump in the sidewalk is a hazardous situation, particularly in winter. Please fix it as soon as possible.

This is a an important project, and it must be done during the spring or summer because it keeps getting worse.

I see a lot of damaged curbs in the area. Is this something that the city would repair or is it a homeowner responsibility?

This is really HAZARDOUS. Is it ever going to be fixed? Have you even scheduled this repair? If so, could you share that information with the people in our neighborhood?

This HAZARDOUS problem affects many people in this neighborhood. It has been open for more than a year. What is its status in the Department of Public Works? Will the sidewalk be repaired in the foreseeable future?

The situation has gotten much worse. It must be repaired.

The lifted sidewalk was reported and acknowledged in October 2015. Please repair it.
