The newly installed lights on Walker at Colcord and Couch are seemingly unnecessary. I have spent many minutes over the last couple of months sitting at a red light while there is no traffic, pedestrian or auto, going through the green light. Additionally, the lights are not in sync with the lights to the North and West. These lights alone have added about ten minutes to my commute.
