It's reassuring to hear this from somebody other than a PWD hack.

I think that OPW does the best they can under the circumstances - no need to insult the staff there. It was gratifying when we had a visitor this summer who thought Oakland looked much cleaner than New York City (uptown Manhattan).

In reality, PWD frequently lies about what they've done - or, rather, what they've not done. They need to get their act together.
