I agree. I see people almost ignoring the stop sign at 32nd and Broard streets. I am also seeing a lot of people going through the park the wrong way on one way streets in the park. Also related to this recently I have been seeing tire tracks in the park where someone at night has driven on the grass areas of the park to get around the street b arriers in the park.

Should include 29th st where cars still speed dispite light.

The speeding traffic between 32 and 36 streets has been rediculous lately. Ive almost got hit about 10 times walking across the street to the park. They need to have a stop sign on almost every block, or realy inforce the speeding laws. There are cops sitting in the park on the hour every hour. This could be a source of great revenue for the city of richmond!

5/23/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Traffic Engineering Management noted the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) must be used in determining the installations of all-way stops. All localities in all fifty states are required to use this manual.

By our review of the intersections requested none of them met the MUTCD criteria.
