Description
There are 5 cars parked in the rocky front yard at night. Three cars work and are driven to work every day. Two don't move. They may or may not work. There is also a camper shell in the front yard. What kind of critters are finding homes in these cars/shell?

This issue is not resolved.
There are now 6 cars. Three in the driveway, two parked in the front yard on the rocks and one parks at the curb now. Only one car doesn’t ever move. This is a single family home, and the kids aren’t old enough to drive. All 5 cars have been gone at one time now and then, so there are at least 5 adults living in this house.

Hello Mr. Gene Jr. It seems you are too much of a COWARD to confront me on this issue. For your information, as well as everyone else on this issue, cars parked behind the front facade and to the side of the edge of the house are considered to be in the side yard. Also, I have gravel in my front yard with a packed surface beneath. It is ok to park on gravel or crusher fines with a packed base.
I suggest you remove the libel from this website. This is harassment to me and my family.

Hey Bruce- I wasn't me who posted the report. I was just commenting about the lack of enforcement by the city. And I can absolutely assure you, I am no COWARD.
You should talk to your neighbors about issues they may have with you and your parking. In the meantime you may want to call your city councilor and ask for clarification of F/S (2) O-07-61 that was sponsored by Isaac Benton and Sally Mayer. Best of Luck in resolving your issues.

THERE IS A CITY ORDINANCE AGAINST PARKING IN A FRONT YARD. THE POLICE DO NOT ENFORCE, IT IS DONE THRU THE CITY ZONNING DEPT. - AND THEY TAKE FOREVER. ONCE THEY DO ADDRESS THE ISSUE THERE IS ALMOST ALWAYS NO CONSEQUENCE IF THE OWNER DOES NOT COMPLY. CALL THE ZONNING DEPT. INSPECTOR DIRECTLY AND IF YOU DONT GET RESULTS, CALL YOUR CITY COUNSELOR. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AT "Address" NE, EVEN TALKED TO THE MAYOR ABOUT IT. IT WAS ASSIGNED TO HIS STAFF, THEY MADE A HALF HEARTED ATTEMPT TO FIX IT, BUT THE ISSUE STILL EXISTS. iT LOOKS LIKE THE ONLY WAYTO REALLY FIX IT - IS TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. THE CITY REALLY SUCKS IN THEIR ZONNING ENFORCEMENT. TOO BAD THEY ARE NOT ELECTED SO THEY COULD BE VOTED OUT!!!

I would highly advise you to stop with the name calling.
Read what I wrote- I did not report you. I commented to the complainer on suggestion on how to handle the issue.
Even if I wanted to, there is no way to remove the comment. So Bruce you should Stop Harassing ME if you know what is good for you!
