Last week, I also called OPD on the homeless guy that was laying right in the walkway. He moved to the patch of land between the freeway and ramp. I think that's all his stuff.

@Pretty Oakland: I had also spoken directly with OPD officers on Lakeshore about this man two weeks ago and observed them speaking with him about his stuff. It did not seem to have an impact since he's been there just about every day since. The OPD officers were aware of him and said that the best bet is to keep calling in to OPD when he's up there sleeping and they will repsond. But also, Oakland Community Outreach (or whatever they are called now) would be a group to help, since he's "new" to the area...

He's back. Piles of trash + human waste.
