Description

Upon leaving the PH BART station last Friday evening (10/2) I noticed a large patch of Treat Blvd in front of Apollo Veterinary Hospital was drenched with large amounts of runoff water from the median sprinklers. There was so much water that I first suspected a water main break or fire hydrant leak. This needs attention as we are in the midst of a historic drought.
