Description

Missing water pipe cover. My mother had to have the town shut off her water for some plumbing work. Upon shutting the water off the cover was broken and in its place a rag was stuffed into the pipe. This has been like this for a few weeks. The location is directly in front of 608 Lincoln Avenue
