Description

The light at this intersection is poorly calibrated for keeping traffic flowing, resulting in unnecessary stops and creating congestion at peak times. 90% of traffic at this intersection is along Gorman St, and yet equal priority is given to people travelling along Marcom St. In addition, the light is timed to change about every 13 seconds regardless of whether there are cars that still need to go, sometimes changing when there aren't even cars on Marcom St.
