Description
The drainage pipe generally drains even in a big storm but the watt is like 2-3 feet high and not draining. I am not sure if I t is because the drain if full of debris and is backing up or they are building a house across the street and that lot used to absorb some of the water and not it is just running off to this side of the street.
It is the pipe located on the city right-of-way next to my property, technically Raleigh Ave. thank you for checking into this. I have lived here since 1999 and have never seen this happen. The right of way floods but the street/piped area general drains when the rain stops.
Sincerely,
Pamela Lingle
