The storm sewer at Cliffhaven Circle near Ambrey lane (by the neighborhood clubhouse) has sunk/collapsed. The concrete has broken on the right side. The opening has sunken closed on the left, as you can see in the picture.

Why was this issue assigned to the police?
Shouldn't this issue be addressed by the Public Works department?

I was walking by the clubhouse and noticed it. There is a lot of construction in the area and perhaps it may have gotten run over by heavy construction equipment? I don't know, but it looks like something big must have caused that structure's collapse.
Thank you for the update, and I'm glad to hear that the city will be finishing paving of the roads soon.
