Home located at 7038 Rockridge Lane has been abandoned and vacant at least 3 years. There are multiple notices taped to the front door but nobody lives there to receive them. The home poses multiple hazards to the community to include pests, overgrowth, fire hazards, decayed/loose mason work. Children have been seen playing on the property which is extremely dangerous.
