Description

The entity that is renovating 729 S 4th has dug a hole in Pemberton St. and over filled it with a concrete and rock top.

Pemberton is not wide enough to drive "wide" and run tires over the patch. The piling is not compressing, most cars bottom out on the rocks and concrete scraping their undercarriages.
