Poor Cat Ownership (Apt J)
Put's cats in the halls and outside with little supervision then throws a fit and threatens people if they let her cat out or she thinks that its an entitlement. The building always smells so bad from her cats mostly because they are the most active in the building. Its not very fair that no one can seem to help us resolve our issues. There even seems to be a disagreement between what the times are that you are allowed to make all the noise you want. The rule states 10:30 pm and yet there is banging and yelling in the middle of the day so this tenant gets her way. She has scared people and used them to the point where they dont wish to live anymore at the building.
