Description
On Wed June 13, the next bus app reported a bus would arrive in a couple of minutes at around 1120. It then said 11 minutes. Then 20! Eventually the bus came (after two trams and three waves of subway trains), but I am uncertain if the issue was the app or if there were buses not running.

A bus passed West Tram at approximately 11:18 PM (on schedule) on June 13th heading northbound. The next bus did not pass until 11:45 PM. An emergency situation arose that required one of the buses to be taken offline resulting in no 11:30 PM bus at the West Tram. While two buses were scheduled to be in service, only one bus was in service on June 13th after 11 PM due to the emergency.
