Generally it is not a violation unless a vehicle has been sitting in one place for more than 7 days, but since they are in front of a stop sign I will ask Capt. Lull's officers to investigate.

It is still there today, so now it's been four days, and it's a speed limit sign, not a stop sign, as per the original report. Thanks!
