Description

From the street this yard appears to be a never-touched plot of bushes, small trees and weeds. It is an eyesore in the community. I don't believe this property would be allowed to stay like this if it faced any major street; therefore it should not be allowed here.

The same location appears to be inaccessible to emergency responders should such a need arise.
