Tree is located directly across from Florence Avenue in the Pardee Seawall. Dead tree, loose bark, twisted roots...resident is concerned that if a hurricane happens it will fall down maybe causing damage.

There are three trees within the park that are slated for removal, the tickets have been merged into the three distinct issues (there were many open requests as parks locations are hard to de-duplicate as they have no physical address). Each were merged to the oldest reported request.
All have been re-evaluated and maintain the same position in the cue of open issues.
