Vehicle has not moved in months. Trash and debris has accumulated around the vehicle and is parked facing the wrong way. Residents abide by OMC parking codes and move their cars to avoid tickets during scheduled street sweeper date and time, however this vehicle seems to not get any tickets issued to it.
