Description

Park of the Arts has become a place for the homeless to build cardboard shacks and leave belongings.
At times it is almost unhealthy. I bagged six bags of soiled wet clothing and cardboard. We all have to come together to keep this park clean and the system needs to find help for the homeless.
The edge of the canal near the fence is filled with garbage.
