Description

Brown stones of the wall behind the utility/bathroom building in Washington Park that have been dislodged . They need to be restored to the wall. The vandals hopefully hurt themselves moving the stones.

Perhaps drilling holes through the stones and pinning the stones together may prevent a recurrence.
