I used to live next door to these dogs -- their owners are dirty and disgusting themselves! The house is infested with fleas, which my dog suffered from repeatedly. The dogs had worms that went untreated and were passed to other pets on the property. The owners didn't pick up after the dogs, so I had to dodge feces that were neon orange in color. While living there I complained to the landlord on multiple occasions, and called Animal Control twice myself. Nothing was ever done. I also called the Health Department and filed a complaint because of the smell that emanated from the doorways and hallways connecting the two apartments. However, they are not required to open the door if the Health Department comes to investigate, so nothing ever came of that either. I finally moved because their uncleanliness and blatant disregard to common decency was affecting me and my family. They have a little boy and I'm scared of what will become of him -- something needs to be done immediately!!
