Every Monday morning I pick up the trash in the Douglass Garden. And every Monday morning I clean up human feces and/or vomit. There are safety lights on the two city parking lots on the Avenue, but no safety lights illuminating Paddy Lane or the garden lot. May we please request better patrolling of this area and better safety lighting? Thank you
