Description

In front of 25745 Collingwood there is a red car, I'm not sure what the make is, that has been in the same spot since the end of July. The back tire has been flat for about month and the registration expired in August. They are not bothering to take care of the car. They have five other cars that rotate the street but this one just sits there. They've had cars towed by the city before for the same issues.
