Description
We have a very serious rodent problem in the Gilman St./Walnut St./Jasper St. area. The back yards of 109 Gilman and 109 Walnut, which abut one another, are literally crawling with rats. I just went out on my back porch, which overlooks these yards, and for the minute I was out there, I saw at least eight rats running around the yards and the back decks within them. I have reported this issue numerous times, but there has been no improvement. It's unsettling - I don't even want to leave my apartment to walk to dinner because I'm afraid I'll encounter another rat.
