Owner occupied property. Taxes for 2013 and 2014 caught up this year. Maybe finances have inproved to help situation improve.

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on September 28th. The owner has seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code will reinspect the property and if not complied with the City will have their contractor clean-up the site.
