Description

Broken glass and litter all along the sidewalk and fence surronding the marcus foster site owned by OUSD. Deminishes pedestrian safety. On 29th st at west. OUSD needs to clean up their act on mataining the site. If they can't deal with litter how are they going to do the up keep of the cental kitchen/urban farm they are supposedly going to make at this site?
