Description

I reported this over a month ago and nothing seems to change. Trash and garbage bins stay permanently in the sidewalk. No one seems to take responsibility. Red drum in the picture has been out filled with trash for about three weeks. Furniture in the curb for about two weeks. This is is disgraceful. Please enforce the city ordinances now!!

I agree, these residents are making New Haven look like a ghetto. It is a shame that there is no support from the city on these matters.

Thank you LCI inspector for effectively addressing this issue. $100 dollars a day fine is a good incentive for people to get their act together. The sidewalk was quickly cleared and all trash taken away. Feels good when my taxes go to pay people who do a good job.
