Description

Malfunctioning for 3 years, almost since interection had new lites installed.
Left turn arrow southbound on 4th at Osuna always cycles on for full cycle whether or not a car is on the sensor.
Likewise northbound left arrow on 4th @ Osuna will NOT activate for a car on sensor.
