I reported about this exact issue. Was told to report it to the alderperson for that neighborhood but don't they receive these SeeClickFix notices?

I have sent the issue to the property owner at the corner of Orange and Chapel, as well as worked with Town Green to address bait boxes in the pocket park.

Unfortunately, this will take some time. My understanding is that there are a lot sewer projects happening right now, and likely this is causing disturbance in the rat population below ground. Generally, it takes 4-6 weeks of constant attention before seeing any benefits.

@nhresident - i apologize for not commenting on the other issue with the updates i posted here. I do receive the notices and react, but this only works when people give feedback.

update: The property owner has committed to getting all of the voids plugged in the walls of the 2 buildings (foot locker and vacant) within 7 days (next Friday).

LCI has contacted a professional to deal with this situation.

LCI and Town Green will monitor this situation until this issue is closed.

This issue has been abated.

We are still monitoring the traps and will keep an eye on this site.

Hi, I would like to know who LCI Watcher is. When other city departments address something they speak for themselves on SCF. -- traffic and parking, public works.

Are you LCI or a New Haven resident who watches LCI and uses the name "LCI Watcher?" I can't figure it out. Please say which. I am genuinely confused.
