The city's Public Works Department removes graffiti from city owned and maintained public infrastructure and areas within city maintained public right-of-way only. City crews perform graffiti removal on Fridays in the order in which reports were received and as other needs/priorities allow.
Removal of graffiti from private property is the responsible of the property owner. Removal of graffiti from infrastructure such as utility poles and boxes, cable boxes, etc., is the responsibility of those entities that own, install and service such infrastructure.
Based on the information you have provided in your post, the city’s Code Enforcement Division will report the graffiti in question to the appropriate private entity so that they can follow-up and address.
For more information about graffiti removal responsibilities, please visit the city’s Web site and click on the “Graffiti Removal” link found on the left side of the main home page.
