Description

The correct address is 1023 Massachusetts Ave NE at the intersection of mass Ave NE and 11th street NE, across from Lincoln park. Illegal construction.

Work is being done without all proper permits and in violation of the 1 permit that was issued by Dcra/HPRB.

Permit says 'no scaffolding' yet there is scaffolding. Permit says no grinding of mortar, yet they are using saws to cut the mortar.

There is no DDOT permit, yet they are on public space.

An inspector Cluff observed the work site today yet work continues unabated.

The work area is only partially draped only limiting the diffusion of dust and debris.

Why do we have laws if the city doesn't enforce clear violations of those laws?
