After my aunt hit a car parked in the street while trying to back out of my driveway, (backing out quickly as she couldn't see oncoming cars) we called the police and I pointed out the problem to him. My aunt did not get a ticket and the couch and bins were moved within a week. I'm giving the officer credit for finally getting it done.
