4 Abandoned Bikes in the East Village Fantastic !!! Lets hope this project works.. I have always thought there should be a regular sweep of the city, say by zip codes with a tag on the carcasses a week before to give notice?

The attached photos is for 4 bikes that have been abandoned for almost a year in front of 187 East 4th Street (NE corner of 4th street and Ave A) (2 1/2) on a bike rack and (2) locked to a sign posts.. notice rust / flat tires / rust / etc...
