Description

Pedestrian sign in middle of Mt. Vernon is AGAIN run over and laying flat. Now is the perfect time to put in the Flashing Beacon that City Council approved on Aug. 24, 2015; it is already dark in AM. A copy of this will be emailed to Michael Smith.
