Heading westbound on communipaw, crossing rt 440 the light timing is problematic. The light to the west of 440 remains red while the light at 440 turns green. This only allows a small number of cars to get across the road. On Saturday at noon, it took 40 minutes to cross 440, while all roads around this area were clear.
