Description

At about 11:45 AM on 19Sep2015 the traffic light at the intersection of Old Arch Rd and Township Line Rd gave green lights simultaneously to 4 directions of perpendicular cross traffic. After one cycle of error it appeared to return to correct function for the next cycle.
