I have dealt with loose dogs the owners just had finger shook at them the 5 times I called animal control and police . I had complain to neighbor over 2 months about their dogs breaking down my fence these dogs have shown that they are packing and starting to small animals. They are still being held back from city park by a weak fence. Due to this multi complaints if I'm I will sue not only owner but the city for allowing this to go on and will advise any one else to do the same.
