I live in a mobile home park with 1, 100 homes. the perimeter was closed in with a white plastic fence except for an area behind the homes from 53 Royal Palm (by Ridge Road) to 30 Royal Palm where the fence ends. the park did not fence this area because the existing wood fence belongs to the homeowner on the other side (1995 Ridge). Over time the wooden fence has started to lean inward toward the park and even had a section fall down, becoming a safety issue. it would like to find out if the homeowner will replace this battered fence or work with the Park to collaboratively replace this section with the same white fence used throughout the rest of the park.
