When the house next to us at 1065 Trailridge Place had ponding water occur due to the pavement repair project, a crew came out and repaired it just a few days ago.
However this repair now created a low spot at our house and we have ponding water beginning at the exact spot that out neighbor's repair ended.
It appears results of this repair was not taken into consideration. On the other side of 1065 there is a sewer while there is not one near us.
We should not have ponding water as it can be dangerous with insects' attraction to this area.
I have included one picture but I do have others that show just how the repair caused this ponding water.
It states the repair was completed at 1065 Trailridge Place. And it has been. But I entered a concern at 1057 Trailridge Place that was created by this repair. Where my neighbor's repair ends, it now has sent ponding water by us at 1057 Trailridge Place. I sent pictures with my concern. Since it has not rained for more than one week, the area is dry. But it ponded water for 4 days after rain.
We never had that happen before the repair to my neighbor's property. The standing water begins at the exact spot their repair ends.
