Description

There is an significant drop off of much more than a foot on both sides of this intersection where the arroyo meets Democracy. Rough Rider and Democracy intersection.

It is impossible for someone in a wheelchair or with a stroller to use the sidewalk, they must walk in the intersection. If a pedestrian misjudges the distance, they can fall and injure themselves.
