Description

The turn arrow for a left hand turn for northbound Sandy Plains Road onto west bound Wigley Road is not functioning properly. In late afternoon traffic, the left turn lane is backed up well onto Sandy Plains causing a dangerous condition. It worked well when the turn lane was extended but now something has changed and the backup is consistent.
