This is piles of trash that is being dumped on Mill St. It is coming from the Monroe Antique Mall or Cotton Mill that Paul Rosenthal is remodeling. I spoke to the men that was dumping it there and they said Mr. Rosenthal told them to dump it there because he owned that building in the corner which is a vacant building. This is happening week after week and is morally wrong to dump his junk on our street. If he is doing remodeling on the Cotton Mill why is the trash being dumped here? I thought legally if you were doing construction work you were to have a dumpster. Please follow up with me please on this eye sore that keeps happening. Thank you so much.
