Description

The house at 1409 Chamberlain Ave has been unoccupied and in a clear state of disrepair since at least March 2015. The porch is falling in, the roof is in terrible shape, there is debris in the yard. Also there is an oak tree in the front yard that has some sort of blight and has been dropping leaves for months. We have tried to find the owner of the property but the only contact information we can find is no longer valid.
