Description

I am living in a building of 18 apts. Twice in a week someone rang my door bell saying residents upstairs complaining high UI bills so that they need to come into my apt to check devices. I said I have no problem with my UI bills they said show me your bills. I didn't. I called UI. They said they never send ppl out to customers' residence. They suggested me to call police and management company.

The first time, the person pretending UI staff was inside building, knocking at my apt door. The second time, the person stayed outside main gate. Rang my apt bell from outside. I didn't open gate for him. But somehow he managed to get in and knocked on my apt door.

The main gate is always open ( not wide open but carefully closed without locked).

I kept receiving UI bills using my address as mailing address but the unit using UI services is actually another unit upstairs. I reported this to UI.

My address is 325 Mansfield street unit A1.
