Description

This property at 16-18 King Place has overgrown weeds reaching 48+ inches growing on the side and rear of the property, visible from the street and the neighboring properties. The backyard grass & weeds is uncut and 18-24 inches high. The bamboo fence in the backyard is broken and falling down. This house is the 2009 Yale Building Project and it is the worse looking house on the block. It is an eyesore and the owner should be cited and made to cut immediately.
